The abstract with the work in which Tyler is a leading co-author was accepted for oral presentation at the CSHL Virtual Conference on Systems Immunology. The abstract, entitled “CausER―A general approach to uncover latent causal factors from multi-omic immunological datasets”, describes his recent efforts to develop a new general method for biomarker discovery and developing predictive models from high-dimensional data. This work is in collaboration with Jishnu Das lab and Harinder Singh.
The conference will be help on-line from April 20-23, 2021.
