AJ has another paper accepted for publication! This time in the journal Bioinformatics. This paper presents the CausalMGM method for learning directed graphs over mixed data types (continuous and discrete variables). The method is validated in both simulated and real data from patients. Congratulations to AJ and to the whole team, who helped improve and complete this study.
