Dimitris and Vineet have gotten a paper accepted for oral presentation at the European Conference in Computational Biology (ECCB 2018). The paper, entitled “piMGM: Incorporating Multi-Source Priors in Mixed Graphical Models for Learning Disease Networks”, describes a new algorithm that incorporates informative priors during the learning of probabilistic graphical models. The paper will be published in a special issue of the journal Bioinformatics.
